Pavitts Earthmoving were engaged as the Sub-Contractor early on in the tendering process to plan, manage and execute the stormwater installation. The Project involved 10 weeks of fast track clearing works, drainage installation through to 40,000m2 of pavement hardstand construction. The regular communication and updates from Pavitts Crews always meant all necessary parties were kept informed of progress, with access requirements being organised before issues were experienced on site. Whilst both safety of the work crew was the primary focus on this project, Pavitts managed to maintain production despite late changes in program often restricting clear access and continuity of works. The foresight from the crews were able to maintain efficient and safe works through implementing innovative solutions to potential onsite delays / stoppages.
